How does REALTOR GROWTH actually find videos to copy?+
Every day we scan thousands of real-estate-agent channels across every major US metro for breakout hits — videos that punched above their channel's baseline by view count, view rate, and retention proxies. We score those by views-per-day and structural fit for your niche, then present the ones most likely to map cleanly onto your market.
Will the scripts sound like generic AI?+
We extract your voice from your last 10 videos — signature phrases, sentence rhythm, story patterns, who you mention by name. The script writer is required to use at least one of your signature phrases per section. You can review and edit your captured voice profile at /dashboard/persona.
Do you do thumbnails too?+
Yes — and they use your real face, not a generated avatar. We take the proven thumbnail layout from the source viral video, then re-render it with your headshot or a frame from one of your own thumbnails. No more text-to-image stock-photo people.
What does $499.99/mo get me?+
Pro includes: unlimited channel audits, 12 face-anchored scripts per month, unlimited thumbnail generations, priority Azure queue (no waiting), and access to the Neighborhood Cheat Sheet lead magnet. There's also a Done-For-You tier (custom pricing, contact us) where we run the whole pipeline weekly for you.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from the customer portal at /dashboard/billing — you keep Pro access through the end of your billing period, then automatically move to Free. No retention games, no "email us to cancel."
Do I need to connect my Google/YouTube account?+
It's not required, but recommended. With a Google connection we read your real CTR, average view duration, and retention curves — much better than scraping public data. We only request
youtube.readonly and yt-analytics.readonly scopes (read-only; we cannot delete videos, post comments, or upload). You can connect or disconnect anytime at Settings → Connected accounts.Is my channel data shared with other users?+
No. Your analytics, transcripts, and persona profile are private to your account. We use public data from other channels to mine viral hits — never anything from your own channel that isn't already public on YouTube.
Does this work outside the US?+
The mining pipeline is currently calibrated for US metros (Dallas, Austin, Phoenix, etc.). The underlying tech works on any market, but the curated viral pool right now is US-focused. If you're a Canadian / UK / AU agent, let us know — we'll prioritize your market when we expand.
How long does an audit take?+
About 60–90 seconds on first run, instant on re-views (we cache). Full script generation takes 2–4 minutes.
What happens to my data if I delete my account?+
Soft-deleted immediately (you can't sign in, content disappears), permanently purged after 7 days. Trigger from Settings → Danger zone, or email hello@realtorgrowth.net.
