What we collect, why, and what we never do with it.

• Account data. Your email + password hash. We never see your plaintext password.
• Your YouTube handle. Public-facing. We use it to fetch publicly available channel data via yt-dlp.
• Usage data. Credits used, audits run, scripts generated.
• IP address. Used only to detect your metro (so the homepage shows local context) and to rate-limit auth endpoints.
• Stripe data. If you upgrade to Pro, Stripe handles your card. We receive only the customer + subscription IDs, never the card.

• We don't sell your data. To anyone. Ever.
• We don't track you across other sites. No third-party analytics pixels.
• We don't train AI on your private data. The transcripts, scripts, and thumbnails we generate for you stay with you.
• We don't share your account-level data with other Realtor Growth customers.

The YouTube data we surface (channel sub counts, video view counts, thumbnails, transcripts) is already public on YouTube. We aggregate and analyze it; we don't store anything YouTube doesn't already make available.

We use Clerk for authentication. Clerk sets first-party session cookies scoped to this site to keep you signed in; nothing is shared with third parties for advertising. Legacy accounts also use a single localStorage key. No advertising trackers. Product analytics (PostHog) only fires after you click Accept on the cookie banner.

Your account data is retained until you ask us to delete it. Email hello@realtorgrowth.net and we'll remove your account + every cached audit within 7 days.

• Microsoft Azure (GPT-5.5, GPT-image-2) — runs the AI inference.
• Stripe — handles billing. Only used if you upgrade.
• YouTube — public data source (no API key required for read).
• ipapi.co — IP → city lookup for the geo-greeting strip.
